I was privileged to have Prevail Pest Control come to my home today “as scheduled “ and treat my small roach problem, that I recently inherited. Joshua was the technician that provided the service. He was very, very Professional and well knowledgeable about his work. Every room, closet, baseboard and Garage was checked for those pest. I was very impressed with his service and would recommend Prevail Pest control to everyone I know that’s in need of this service. Thanks again to Joshua and the Owner of the company he represents. Great Job!!!!!!!
Always courteous, reliable, and thorough! I highly recommend them! Prevail came this morning to spray inside because of the rain. Jeffrey took his shoes off because he didn't want to track mud inside! Bless his heart! I told him he didn't have to do that. My husband and I had been in and out several times already and I needed to mop!
My experience with them has been amazing they are extremely professional, and do a great job. The technician Joshua is very knowledgeable, polite, prompt and very good at explaining everything. Over all I'm very satisfied with this company and the service they provide.
