Sent my laptop in for a simple screen repair, but I ended up with a new laptop instead. The owner was very respectful and supportive in resolving the matter and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication. Things happen and technology can break but most places would’ve ended there, but they didn’t and went above and beyond.
Amazing place, amazing people. They are so friendly and oh my gosh, they have taught me so much. I can’t believe how technologically advanced things are getting out there, but the Network Monkeys are definitely keeping track of it and helping me out every time I have a question. They’ve made my life so much easier whenever it comes to technical glitches with my phone, laptop, software programs, cameras, etc. Recommend this place for everyone.
I was out of town for the week when I realized I did not have the correct power cord for my laptop. I called, and they were helpful, confirming that they had something that would fit my computer. The only reason for four instead of five stars was that they were on the pricey side. Would give 4.5 if I could. The customer service was excellent and they had what I needed.
