I had my first consultation with Mrs. Gina and she is an amazing soul. When I first stepped in the clinic, I was super nervous but everyone greeted me and Mrs. Gina was able to hear me out and make me feel comfortable as to why I’m there. I’m definitely excited to start this journey and I’m glad I don’t have to feel like I’m alone in this. I’m ready to do the work!
Everyone is so helpful! You get encouraged but also held accountable. I'm never afraid to ask questions. There are also cooking classes, grocery store tours, and many other tools to help you along the way! I highly recommend MRC if you are ready to commit to a lifestyle change!
