All Starr Air 72Degrees

I HIGHLY recommend All Starr Air 72 degrees! I had been gone for a fundraiser for 3 days. Walk into my house and it was 85 degrees!!! Condenser unit just running but nothing coming out of registers. I googled and called. They were here within an hour or so. My inside unit was frozen solid! So they prepped it to give it more hot airflow to melt faster and he said he'd be back 1st thing this morning. They showed up after their last job just to check to see if it was thawed out enough to get it working...on their own time!!!! Unfortunately, still too much ice! Showed up at 10 til 9 this morning, 10 minutes earlier than expected, got everything checked out, cleaned my filters, checked my charge, got my air working within 30-45 minutes WITHOUT costing me my 1st born!!! Then gave me a heads up that my coil is looking a little rough...I asked for a quote so I could save money instead of having an enormous unexpected expense...quote was VERY reasonable! Also told me about another device I could use to help ducts and filters since I have dogs, that was NOT expensive, but was not an overbearing sales person!!! They put it on my quote as an optional extra! They apologized for my inconvenience, they were so respectful and nice and VERY affordable! I recommend EVERYONE to call them if you need any service, repair or replacement!
