“Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way.When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done.Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. Long story short, a few older shingles a couple feet from the roof valley needed some caulking! Luis only charged us for caulk repairs and I could not be more satisfied with his service.
