So I went here after being dissatisfied some months back with the service next door at Natural Body (which I have visited in other cities and adored ). I wanted to try an upscale pedi. It was different. Yes relaxing, but the woman didn't say hello, introduce herself or anything. I had been offered some tea by the hostess and mentioned it, and the woman didn't even respond to me. So I didn't think she heard me... So a couple mins later I mentioned it again, she still said nothing but did go and bring me some ginger tea. Idk it was just weird.... Like she didn't want to be there or didn't feel well. The pedicure is fine... The massage was weak. She started at 10:15 and finished at 11:05 so it wasn't an hour as I was quoted. Oh well. The location is right on the street and they were blowing the sidewalk. The best thing about this was the reclining chair. The ladies at the desk were very hospitable but I was hoping to really love this and it was just ok.

Nice Atmosphere... Terrible manicure/pedicure. The atmosphere is calming and relaxed and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. The actual manicure/pedicure left much to be desired. The nail technician, I believe her name was Karen, had absolutely no attention to detail. The massages were weak. She hardly spent any time on my cuticles. Her nail filing left my toenails uneven and mis-shaped. The actual nail polish looks horrible! She completely missed the sides of my nails with the color and when she did the clear polish it was almost like she wasn't paying attention. It is "globby" and very uneven. When I told the cashier that I was not happy with the finished product, she offered to come in the following day to get it re-painted, to which I declined because I was getting my nails done for a wedding that was taking place the following day. Overall: way too over priced for what you get. Don't waste your time or money!

A friend and I went for a relaxing pedicure during the holidays. As we lay there feeling very relaxed and talking in a normal tone the person doing my pedi asked us " to tone it down a little". There was one other person in the shop getting their nails done. My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief. Not only were we "shushed" but 3 of my toes were cut from her filing too hard. NEVER EVER will we go back therea dwe will definitely tell as many people as we can about our experience. I need to add that this was the 10 Ten in Snellville, at The Avenues.
