My 5 yr old terrier mix is a rescue dog and has separation anxiety. This was his first time boarding. The staff was very professional and reassuring, which was very comforting. The process was very organized from reservation to the end. Everything went smoothly for the 12 day stay. I had him shampooed and nails trimmed, he looked great when I picked him up. I am using Our House again.

Our House Braselton (formerly Pets Inn Suites).
We have boarded a member of our family (Maximus) a GSD and he has been very happy with numerous stays of 3 to 8 days. What we noticed is he doesn't eat as much when staying away from home so sometimes we have extra food returned.
The staff has ALWAYS been responsive and professional. To us we have the utmost confidence in boarding our German Shepherd Dog with Our House Braselton and plan to continue our business with them in the future.
Note that I am extremely particular with the care my GSD receives from boarding to veterinary care.

We’ve used Our House Braselton for a weekend stay and doggy daycare and our Hank is always excited to go! As a pet owner my favorite thing about Our House was how responsive the staff was when I texted or called ❤️ They made him feel like part of the family!
