“Dr. Strauss and his Team are the best in the southeast. He has been treating me and my wife for 4 years and we are both extremely pleased. I had been experiencing some discomfort in the left eye and my vision had gotten blurry so I called last Thursday and told the nurse what I was experiencing. She put me on hold and when she came back on the phone her question was can you come in the next day (Friday ) at 1:40
of course I accepted. But here Is the kicker…..
he is booked up for over 2 months and he was going on vacation the next day. Turned out I needed eye steroids and his Team made a follow up appointment for 2 months out. If there is any doubt please look up his long list of schooling and training. The only (negative) actually it’s really a positive…. He is never in a hurry, when it’s your turn to see him it feels like you’re his only patient… you guessed it right be prepared to wait especially if the appointment is later in the day. Thank You Dr. Strauss and your amazing Support Team.“
