Came this AM for all service on my Mercedes C300, I had bought tires here for my car, the tires were worn out, and still under warranty. The management here at Firestone took care of my issue. This is why bring my cars here, and this is why I trust them with my car.

The firestone workers were very nice and respectful even though they were very busy. They were able to inform me of the problems on my car and fix them. The only downside was that I waited 2 hours for them to diagnose my brake problem, and then it took 2 hours to fix it (rightfully so it was messed up bad). This was because I chose to go on the weekend when they are very busy.

October 5, 2024 was not a good day to start the weekend. My wife came into the house and told me that the 2012 GMC Terrain was not working. I went to check the vehicle and I found out the battery was out. This vehicle has the battery underneath the engine, making it very difficult to changing it myself. I called the Firestone auto repair store located at 2414 Hancock Dr in Braselton, GA. My call was answered by Num Vienthongsuk, a very reputable and trustful store manager. He attentively listened to my problem. In few minutes he provided me with instructions to bring my vehicle to the store.
