Hands down best Realtor ever! I've purchased real estate several times but this was my first time selling a home. Stephen took what definitely could have been a stressful rollercoaster experience and turned it into a smooth and easy transaction for me. He knows the market very well, has sound advice, and is very available to his clients. When any issue would come up, first he would find the solution, then take action on it, THEN he would call me. Having known Stephen for over 5 years and have done at least 6 real estate transactions with him, I would not use anyone else. He is very knowledgeable about the area and will assist you with your needs and concerns.
