been a year today still haven't received my tax return. I've called liberty just to be given numbers to call. they have been no help. paid them $500 to file my taxes that's crazy charge for a simple return. not once have they offered to help me or ask me to come in to see what's going on. I've been calling the IRS myself doing all the work. will not use them again. they could be more helpful especially if they want to charge so much to file with them. 365 days still waiting on my 2019 taxes.
