Christopher came to my property within 30 minutes of my phone call , the problem was not as bad as we thought it was. Christopher left equipment in our home to dry out the small area and he asked us to donate to any local Fannin County school instead of paying him for his time. World Class, top shelf, great guy!

We love Christopher! My family lives in North Carolina and we just went through a terrible storm, we met Christopher in downtown Blue Ridge and he spent 2 hours explaining the entire water damage and mold process to us. He wrote down a list of things we need to do when we can get back home to the property. We have called him twice for more advice and he has picked up every time we call and taken the time to make sure we get the right help that we need. Thank you Christopher and MRS! Christopher was amazing! I live in Sarasota,FL and have a rental property in Blue Ridge. I could not come out there, my property manager referred Chris and he handled everything. He didn't ask us for any money until we knew the work was finished and we were completely satisfied.
