Thank you to Ray and his excellent team that installed our new HVAC unit in the searing heat today! Would definitely recommend King Heating and Air! They have ALWAYS taken great care of us when we needed them. Unfortunately for us, our aging unit did not appreciate the heat yesterday and decided it was time to move on … RIP. Ray and his team were so kind to work us into their already busy schedule. Mark, the pups, and I are very, very grateful!!🤗🤩
Huge shout-out and major props to King Heat and Air in Blue Ridge! We had another company come out who immediately told us our compressor was toast, could not be replaced, and quoted us almost $10k just to get us going again. Even after we told them what the first company said, King Heating & Air was able to fix our unit and get us back up and running in just a couple of hours for under $400! Talk about honest! They did let us know our old unit is likely on its last legs just due to age, but a full replacement with a new AC and heat pump system would be less than $7k. Seven grand is still a lot, but saving over $3k? I'd call that a win! 😂 THANK YOU AGAIN @Kingheatandair! 🙏 We appreciate your honesty!
