We had a minor water leak outside our house. We called and explained the problem and they were here within the hour. They were courteous and very transparent about everything. We had a clogged toilet, which led to water overflowing on my bathroom floor. I called Service Plumbing on Friday night, and they called me back almost immediately. We scheduled a time for them to come out on Saturday. Unfortunately, the weekend rate is much higher, but I needed the problem fixed sooner rather than later. They spent 2 hours trying to unclog the pipes. We thought they fixed the problem because everything was working when they left, but two to three weeks later, the same issue happened again. A Saturday morning and I figured I would not get anyone to come and take of my backed up sewer in Murphy. I caught them finishing up one call and said they would be there in an hour. They were! Took care of my problem professionally and the charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them
