The type of customer service provided by Sheffield's is hard to find these days. Wow! Our upstairs was warm and we wondered if we could improve it. Chris came out, conducted a thorough investigation and made several suggestions. He returned to do the work with a young employee and listening to how he patiently instructed the young man brightened our day. Upstairs runs much cooler and we were even provided insights into newer type thermostats, but we're not pushed to buy one. Highly recommend!
