I have been using the Bethlehem location for over two years now. Last year in December I picked my brand new suit that I purchased for my graduation with a visible punctuation on the trousers. They denied the responsibility, I had to buy another one for the ceremony. I went back recently, there is a new team, the price went up, and at pick up, my dark blue sweatpants and hoodie suit were apparently not cleaned, only pressed, having the same stain that led me to the cleaner, and I was charged way more. Did they change ownership recently? I used them for years and was always very happy - recommended them a lot!!! The counter person was fantastic and my uniform was amazing every time!!! I got hurt and didn’t wear my uniform for 5 months. Now, they (new people in the store) hesitate when I ask to have my ONE shirt/pant uniform back in three days. The creases are no longer sharp; and as soon as I get the least bit heated my shirt immediately smells like chemicals and the creases disappear. Time to find a new dry cleaners…

I have been going here for many years and have always had very good service by the young lady that always helps me. Recently I had a bad experience though. There was an older woman there who I had never seen before. I didn't think anything of it since they have always been good to me. Well when I picked up my shirts, she had dry cleaned most of them instead of just laundering and pressing them. The bill was double!! None of the shirts needed to be dry cleaned according to the tags and they had never done this before. I showed her the tags and made a fuss about it but she would not back down. No refund!!
