I do not recommend this company. The date of this review is March 25 and they received my replacement furnace on March 7. It has been one untruth after another and one delay after another. This was a warranty company dispatch. Once I paid my portion of the repair, they did not have any intention of a timely resolution. Any and all updates stopped. As long as they could make money off of new business they kept pushing me back. They even closed my service ticket without the new furnace being installed. There are many reputable, professional companies out there. Take your time and find one of them.

I was promised 3 times that warranty work on my house would be done.I cleared my schedule for today, awaiting a promised visit from Mr. Bagwell. As of 5 today, ....NO SHOW.What's up with this?

They actually listen to me and actually did a visual of the potential problem area of the heat pump instead of just diagnosing the problem based on just the amp meter. I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and the way they do business.
