EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AC went out Memorial Day weekend. Called Cool-Tech and didn't expect to hear from them until Monday but Michelle called us and said someone would be out the following day. They added freon and installed a new compressor to get our 10+ year old Coleman unit working but it had a leak. They installed a Trane AC and furnace in about 3 1/2 hours just a few days later. We have used Cool-Tech for maintainence for several years and after this experience will definitely continue to use them. You will not find a more caring, confident, customer service oriented HVAC company. Thank you Cool-Tech! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
