The exterior of my lake cabin was ruined after being pressure washed by Hero Services. The color went from taupe to slimy green. Jonathan, owner made 2 attempts to correct and both times said (via text) he would repaint my house if unable to fix it. Happened in March of 2022. I told him to take his time but would like it resolved by end of the summer. He stopped replying to my texts until I found him on Facebook in August. He then responded with a quote to repaint and to “let him know.” I asked him if he planned to pay for it and/or resolve it and he never replied and hasn’t since. I have never posted a bad review before, but do not want anyone else to experience... read full review
