“The Summit has potential with its location, but the HOA really drops the ball on upkeep. Leaves pile up on roofs for months, hedges are overgrown and messy, and the common areas (especially the pool) look rundown and neglected. HOA fees feel way too high for what you get—no real security, no meaningful amenities maintained, and no visible effort to improve things. We've had issues with basic exterior maintenance ignored despite requests. If you're considering buying here, factor in the extra costs and headaches—disappointing overall.“

“I brought my cat here for the first time recently. She is 16 years old, and has been to the vet many times throughout her life. As soon as I met Dr. Lloyd and our technician I knew something was different about them. They were so present with her, they did not rush, made her feel safe, and took the time to really be with her. Dr. Lloyd fully explained his thoughts about her condition and my options for diagnostics. They were not in a hurry, and I honestly have never had a vet spend so much time with my cat before. They and their staff always go the extra mile. The facility is amazing - clean, fresh, free coffee and an amazing office cat. They have helped me navigate some very complicated pet issues and having them in my corner is the ultimate peace of mind.“

After sharing my concerns, the team reached out to listen, validate the issue, and work to prevent it from happening again. “These people are AWESOME. I was twenty minutes late for my appointment because I accidentally booked for the wrong location, and they still accommodated me while being super nice about it! I would probably be pissed if I was a veterinarian and someone was 20 minutes late! They were so kind and understanding. On top of that, the veterinarian actually SAVED ME MONEY by telling me the feline leukemia vaccine wasn't actually a necessity for indoor cats! I had no idea and was so thankful! And if that wasn't awesome enough, they were soooo nice to my cat! They kept petting him and telling him how cute he was! Both me and my cat had so much fun here that I may start coming here instead of the location I meant to book for!“
