I was disappointed that the lady (owner) refused to allow me to check my clothes that were altered and demanded that I pay her first. Not to mention that my pants were wrinkled and thrown on a rack when I arrived. I wished I would’ve read the reviews before I used this poorly managed business. I will never go back even though it’s less than a block from my home.

I took 21 pieces to be dry cleaned. 20 pieces was returned. I spoke to the lady in the front and she recounted the piece's I told her I wanted my son's sweater. This sweater was handmade in Germany. The quality was very high. I told her I rather have the sweater than money. She was suppose to call me but never did. She ask how much I wanted. I said 1000 dollars. She said she would give 30. My nurse translated for me when I went back and she told her yes they had lost it and started to change her story. Now I have to go to court. This is ridiculous. I'm surely going to court. ASAP
