Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! They didn't spend any time trying to know her and Bella didn't want anything to do with these people.. she started screaming like a baby and wouldn't let anyone touch her so we took her home and Googled for the best Groomers and that's how we found this 5 star company.. and trust me they are a PURRfect Place. I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here. After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up! We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed. Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!! Bella Boo and we say Thank you Aleene and Dolly!! We are so glad to have met you.“

“After a horrible emergency vet experience and a weekend of crying, I made an appointment to put my little dog to sleep. I made the appointment with Town & Country, they were very helpful and empathetic in answering my questions. I arrived sure that my little dog would not be returning home with me. To my surprise after they checked my little dog over they said they could treat him. Instead of a very sad day, it was a very happy day. “This clinic is amazing, my poor baby was attacked by a German Shepherd two weeks ago and I had too rush her here to this clinic and let me tell you, I was very much impressed with how they took care of my sweet baby girl. The prices are very reasonable unlike the corporate companies and the staff here really shows care for the animals in here. Not only did they take care of her injuries but my baby also had a bad case of ear Rhodes that would not clear up for the longest. They noticed how bad her ear looked and immediately knew what to do to get rid of them and now her ear looks perfectly healthy like it should. I’m very thankful that they were able to take care of her and take her the exact same day the attack happened. They wasted no time seeing her and getting her taken care of. I would highly recommend this place.“

“Kind staff. Friendly and knowledgeable Vets. Highly recommend. Although, I tried to fill a Rx they gave me with the company Chewy and Chewy rep told me they couldn't confirm the Rx with the Vet. I was told that I would have had to physically mail in the Rx to Chewy in order to get it filled. Seemed like a lengthy process considering it's 2024 and technology has advanced. But i'd still go back to Ark anytime my dog has an issue.“

“Dropped fur baby off for 6-day stay at high recommendation of a friend. The team took great care of our fur baby. Grooming instructions were followed and he was healthy, playful and happy at pickup.

Policies were clearly communicated. Standard requirements for vax records to ensure everyone's safety. Not too particular about how food was packaged -- which was appreciated (ie, bulk vs daily). Will visit again.“
