“We have used SWAT Services for over twenty years and have been very pleased with the work done by SWAT technicians. We were about ready for a wildlife reinspection, but we had a real issue that needed to be addressed right away. I called SWAT yesterday and Matt and Julio, his assistant, were here before 10 am this morning. They were amazing!

A bird had been trapped inside the wall near the fireplace; I managed to get him out of the wall through the side of the fireplace into the living room and out the front door but couldn't figure out how he got inside the wall in the first place. When I explained what had happened to Matt, he went up on the roof and Julio went into the attic. Matt identified the problem at once and explained what needed to be done to correct it. We already had wire mesh around the flue but there was a space around another part of the flue that needed additional mesh. Now I have before and after videos of our wildlife-proof chimney.
