Dr Hawkins and the staff are awesome. They are always a pleasure to interact with whenever I call or take my pet in.
I was really upset and not looking forward the appointment. Shawna’s welcoming smile when we walked in helped ease my mind.
That all changed when got into the room with Erin- just joking. Erin was patient, understanding and brought much needed humor to the situation.
Dr Hawkins came in and updated on my pet’s condition. With his caring and non- rushed mannerisms this very much appreciated.
On the way out I felt a lot better.

We were lucky enough to call Westside Animal Hospital the home for our pets over the past four years. This truly is an amazing group of people, and a group we have come to love. Even more than the phenomenal care they provide, they take the time to know/remember you and your pets by name. Every time we walked in the door, they knew exactly who I was and which dog was with me. They are very responsive to calls and emails, even when your dog fights a harmless snake and you don't know it's harmless, and they will do everything in their power to help you along the way. I recommend Westside Animal Hospital to anyone and everyone.
A friendly and clean environment for your pet needs. The staff is refreshingly friendly and knowledgable. They spend the first few minutes of your visit listening to your concerns regarding your pet and their health needs. They take you to the back room and after a quick evaluation, you'll be given a ballpark idea of what they will do and the cost. You'll also be given an estimate for any potential expenses such as X-rays. You would be called for authorization should the X-rays or any other expenses arise. No surprises. Constant communication is their specialty. It's what I expect but have rarely ever seen at a Vets office. I'm so glad I found this place. The office is clean and the staff very friendly. Prices are amazingly reasonable.
