They looked nice and seemed to want to be there. Which you know how important this is if you have ever encountered someone who didn’t want to be at their job. Jasmine (I may have misspelled her name, my apologies) was absolutely phenomenal. She created a comforting and pleasant experience for me. I’m seasoned veteran so I didn’t need much comforting but it was still appreciated. She offered advice/products but didn’t try to persuade or push me. That was nice because many estheticians are pushy with their methods and products. For sure, one of my best waxing experiences.“
