They spend the first few minutes of your visit listening to your concerns regarding your pet and their health needs. They take you to the back room and after a quick evaluation, you'll be given a ballpark idea of what they will do and the cost. You'll also be given an estimate for any potential expenses such as X-rays. You would be called for authorization should the X-rays or any other expenses arise. No surprises. Constant communication is their specialty. It's what I expect but have rarely ever seen at a Vets office. I'm so glad I found this place. The office is clean and the staff very friendly. Prices are amazingly reasonable.“
