Tonia was a true professional and worth every penny! She goes all in to market your house right and get it sold fast.We sat down and agreed on a fair price and then proceeded with the listing. Tonia gave us tips for making our house as attractive as possible, which was very helpful. She listed my house with a professional photographer, but she also does a 360 degree walkthrough and video. It drew so much attention that we had multiple full-price and above asking price offers within the first few days.
