Tonia was a true professional and worth every penny! She goes all in to market your house right and get it sold fast.We sat down and agreed on a fair price and then proceeded with the listing. Tonia gave us tips for making our house as attractive as possible, which was very helpful. She listed my house with a professional photographer, but she also does a 360 degree walkthrough and video. It drew so much attention that we had multiple full-price and above asking price offers within the first few days. Tonia was amazing!!! We highly recommend her. She helped us out with the whole process including viewing the house and providing suggestions on things that will increase sale price, to recommending contractors for various work, to the actual closing process and signing. She is very responsive -- normally only had to wait a few minutes for answers to our texts. Thank so much Tonia :).
