The two guys who came to our house were okay at best. Had to call Tompkins to make sure they took the windows back out and replaced all of our rotten wood. They did a very quick and sloppy job especially with the silicone ?????

Don't use this company if you want follow up. They installed a beautiful sunroom of which I am well pleased. I have been trying to get the air conditioner installed in the sunroom. I have called numerous times, I have been told we'll fit you in and I was told the installer would be here today. Guess what- no installation yet. I call and been told "you're on the list for installation". This has been for more than a month now. Surely this family owned 40 plus years in business can do better than this. I am waiting......
