Took our cat in for an urgent care visit for exacerbation of ongoing problems. The tech Paige took a detailed history and made us feel validated with our concerns. Dr Garner came in to go over his findings and is AMAZING. He spent plenty of time with us to go over his thoughts and concerns and was very transparent. He answered all of our questions and discussed various plans moving forward. We have always had a great experience here with other providers but Dr Garner is one of a kind and will be moving our animals here for ongoing care.
Our little girl doggy has been seeing St Francis since shortly after we rescued her in 2016. She is almost 14 years old now and still hoping around like a happy puppy. A lifetime of excellent care.
It would take way too long to write how much I love this place. I know everyone here, they all know my pets and me by name, and I feel like I'm a part of their family.
I have made friends here, found my pet sitter here, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my dog is cared for when she comes in, and they have even helped me make flexible payments when I was struggling to pay from another country.
Dr. Landes is another important part of the team, and she and her staff do chiropractic adjustments and red light laser therapy on my dog for her arthritis. I so appreciate her intelligence and resourceful ways in tackling all available healing methods.
