I received excellent service from Cullen Sutherland. Plumbing problem was fully explained and given options to fix the problem. I will certainly use this company again when needed.
I had a leak from my washing machine. There was water everywhere in the living room, bedrooms, closet, and bathrooms. This happened during the weekend. Tracey came out quickly, assessed the issue, and confirmed it was contained so the clean up company could begin cleaning up the water. Tracey arrived quickly and was very helpful. He gave excellent service! If I ever need help again, I will definitely be a returning customer. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at a stressful and upsetting time.
Plumber came on time and only had to switch a breaker back on. At least he was very honest. Being a little old lady he could have easily taken advantage of me but he didn’t. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone.
