This is the second time I’ve had to deal with Pop-a-Lock. Each time a technician comes out, the experience is great! Dustin took care of me yesterday evening and got a couple laughs out of me. He was professional and timely. Good, quality work :)
Our experience with John was outstanding! John is a very polite person, easy to work with, has outstanding customer service, and is very responsive with call backs. We are a military family that moved and needed our locks changed. John came early, and on time, did the right and made our keys right there on the spot. Thank you! John for doing such a great job. I purchased a used SUV that came with one key (fob). Well, you can guess what happened; I didn't get a duplicate made and ended up losing the key. I am convinced that it was throw away accidentally. The Honda dealership wanted over $300 and that was for a replacement fob and programming. Plus towing. Long story short and a month later, I came across locksmith services. I am extremely happy with the service Dustin provided. He arrived 2 hours early, took care of my issue quickly, and professional; not to mention extremely polite and friendly.
