Herb Gilstrap was very understanding and patient with me as we talked about my options of how to best serve my wife after her passing. He made the whole experience much easier to bear.
Very considerate and gentle. I had a hard time after my daughter passed. The funeral made the process easy by being prompt in providing her ashes. They also provided urgent response with follow up requests. Will be using them again when needed. Thanks again Mr. Gilstrap.
