I went to this clinic on August 17, 2024 at 1050 am. The receptionist was the only person who was very helpful courteous and very professional. The nurses in the treatment room were unprofessional, left me in the treatment room for an hour. Not one of them came to the room to check on me. There was a patient who came in after me and receive their care. I asked the nurses when will I be seen and the were focused on the food and whatever they were doing on the computer. The nurses were rude, very unprofessional and showed lack of care for the patient.
You guys suck!!! Waiting for 1-2 hours just to figure out you don’t know what’s wrong…The doctor was very rude I would put his name n here but I’m deciding to give him grace, but next time I’m speaking up and saying something to upper management. Never going back and WOULD NOT recommend anyone else to.
They do not care, the staff is horrible very unfriendly I been here twice and they didn’t give me anything that’s helping me. They rush you right out the door. I am go somewhere else next time.
