What a great experience at Patrick's Barbershop! If you're from California like my girlfriend & I are then you'll be reminded of why coming back to the south is so enjoyable compared to living in crazy a** California. Marcus, the son of Patrick, cut my hair and that dude gave me the best faded haircut I've ever had. I was at the shop for a good two hours but it was worth the wait and also I great reminder of why we all need to slow our lives down a bit, take our time and not rush ourselves with everything we do and live in the moment and enjoy the company around you. My review of Patrick's barbershop can only express so much but I just really enjoyed the atmosphere accompanoed with the knowledge and stories that Marcus shared with my girlfriend and I when we were there. Marcus told me that the way he cuts hair is all about quality over quantity. Well those words were ever so true because he took his time and perfected every inch of my hair. I always can tell qhen barbers rush through cutting my hair and have me out the door in 15 minutes, but Marcus really took his time and did his thing. The way he cut my hair also reminds me that we all have our own style and confidence in the way we do things and he had no shame in his game and had all the confidence in the world and definitely backed up his cutting game by the art work he displayed on my head. Great place. Took my 75 year old dad for the first time and he felt comfortable and Patrick made sure he was in and out. Dad has dementia and can't sit in places to long with out becoming paranoid. He now has a new customer with us. Glad I went to his shop.
