Hagler Systems uses the Augusta Nova Medical Center for all our occupational health needs. Our Industrial Director is kind, attentive to our needs, and always makes sure to follow up. Their secure Occuflex employer portal makes communication, sending authorizations, pulling reports, obtaining results, and paying invoices super easy. We have been using Nova since their office opened in 2014 for all of our pre-employment drug testing, annual DOT Physicals, visual acuity exams, and injury care. Great care from the time I checked in until the time I left ...had a top rated professional(Javari) which helped me throughout the entire process....great customer service from the staff at the front desk(Taniesha..hope I came close to spelling her name correct) ..thank y'all so much!

When I came in to do my service the entire staff was amazing. I was in and out in a timely manner. Jabari did an amazing job and was very informative through out the entire process. The handsome Jamaican guy was great as well during my x-ray process. What a cutie too bad he’s married other than that I have 0 complaints.
