Hagler Systems uses the Augusta Nova Medical Center for all our occupational health needs. Our Industrial Director is kind, attentive to our needs, and always makes sure to follow up. Their secure Occuflex employer portal makes communication, sending authorizations, pulling reports, obtaining results, and paying invoices super easy. We have been using Nova since their office opened in 2014 for all of our pre-employment drug testing, annual DOT Physicals, visual acuity exams, and injury care. After an injury, the attending physician calls to give me a verbal report and ask if I have any questions, as well as emailing me the written documentation of the employee’s evaluation/treatment at the clinic. Their office is clean and comfortable, their staff is knowledgeable, and they promptly care for our employees’ needs. In our 10-year relationship with Nova, I’ve never been disappointed with the service I’ve received from the Augusta branch. I highly recommend Nova Medical Centers for all of a company’s occupational health needs.
Went in for a fit test and had a great experience with the nurse Theresa. She is very thorough and got me in and out. My employees and myself are thankfully for workers like her. You would do well to have more exceptional workers like her. Thank you again Theresa!
