Puma’s service was awesome, timely and cost effective. It’s difficult to find contractors that provide quality work, quickly and without charging excessively - he did just that. Whenever we need another lock removed, he’ll be our first option.

Puma came out in 14 mins at 2:48 am. I called 3 other companies in the area who didn’t want to come out or gave me bogus price or fake eta times. Puma came out, opened my car door and even went above to get my keys out of the trunk of my 2023 camry. he poped the trunk from the inside of the backseat and saved me from having to get a key made!
