Chad was excellent, he took care of my appliances and made his diagnosis. I would definitely choose Mr Appliance and request Chad, if I ever needed to have my appliances repaired. Chad was very trustworthy and knowledgeable

EDIT: I had an electrician come back today and they did find a problem with the wiring between the breaker panel and the dishwasher. The problem was resolved. Revising from one star to three, because they did have to come back a second time.
They came out to install a new dishwasher. Could not finish on the first day. Was told they would be back the next day (Friday) by the technician, but couldn't get back until Tuesday. On Monday, had an electrician come to check the wiring. On Tuesday, the Mr. Appliance technician came back to finish the installation. No power to the unit. It had power after the electrician left on Monday.

I’m very satisfied with the professionalism and the service provided by James at Mr. Appliance. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I had to call them to find out when my part was coming in and I had to call them to find out he was running late from the job before mine. That communication would have been appreciated ahead of me calling. Otherwise I would definitely call on them again
