I didn’t have to wait long for the part to come in. Both of the young men (Stephen/Charles) that assisted me through the process were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! Great service.
My washer stopped working. Called Mr Appliance for repair of my washer. The repair cost was reasonable. They had to order parts. When the parts came in two repair technicians came and fixed the washer. They were courteous and professional. They knew what to what to do. My washer is repaired and now I am washing what was beginning to pile up. Thanks.
Everything about the repair itself and the technicians couldn't have been better. The most frustrating thing is that you cannot talk to a local person. We were told initially that the parts would be available within 5 days. We would then get a call to set up the repair. After not hearing anything for 9 days we attempted to call and talk to someone. The first attempt resulted in the person not being able to confirm that the parts were actually there. A second call we were promised someone would call to schedule the repair, yes the parts had been located. No call for 3 days. We called again.
