Terrible Customer Service..
I've used MP for the better part of 10 years. The customer service is in the pits now. The dispatcher on thr phone is incredibly rude. I canecelled services about 6 weeks ago because i can't get them scheduled to come when I'm home... Boom, the guy shows up today while I'mat work. Called back and now I'm informed the request to cancel has to be in writing (she was super rude about it). It's just ridiculous. Smh. This is why I cancelled in the 1st place. The customer service has gone totally downhill.

1 is to much to give this company, but their was no 0 , they gave my 99 year old mother such a hard time over money. when they did such a poor, poor job in getting rid of the pest, She been with them over two years and the pest are still there, and she is paying $145 a month with no results. so please stay away from these people, This company “(mountaineer pest” ) a name only to benefit themselves. And my mom still has bugs in and around her house. So please read the contract really carefully before signing.

Mountaineer was great in the beginning but I have been requesting the cancellation email since March of 2022 and still have not received it. They continuously pop up; HOUNDING me to do services. On today, they took control of themselves to go ahead and completely services against my will. The customer service is very bare minimal and they will never have to worry about me again.Services: Termite inspection
