Dr. D. Sandoval provided excellent care. He listened attentively to my concerns and conducted a thorough evaluation. The wait time was reasonable, and I was seen and discharged from the examination room promptly. My medications were also sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout my visit.
The only concern I would like to note is the ventilation in the building. I observed what appeared to be mold on the air vents, which can be concerning, particularly in a medical setting. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly for the well-being of all patients and staff.
I had a great experience overall, but when I called to ask what time they stopped taking patients, the front desk told me 8:30. When I got there, I found out from the doctor that they actually see patients until 9:45, and their website says they accept patients up until 15 minutes before 10.
It honestly came across like I was given an earlier time so they wouldn’t have to stay later. Thinking I might not make it by 8:30, I almost went to the ER instead. My ER copay is $455 more.
I’m really glad I still came, because the doctor and medical staff were great!!! But the front desk giving out incorrect hours can cost people money they genuinely don’t have.
We use MedNow regularly when the grandkids get sick after normal office hrs. We have never been disappointed! The office is beautiful & conveniently located, the hours are great, & staff are always friendly, professional, & sincerely interested.
