I have been to a few different LL locations over the years and Augusta by far has the friendliest/professional staff. They make what can be a stressful process/decision flawless and easy. Our new LVP flooring came in and was delivered promptly and efficiently. I can’t thank the staff in Augusta enough for all their help through this process!

The manager and store employees there were fantastic! An associate Hunter was so helpful and knowledgeable about the flooring and helped me bunches! Everyone was so sweet and kind! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to replace my floors. I will also refer my friends and family!

I enjoyed my visit at LL today. I came in looking for lvp (I don’t know much about flooring) and was greeted by Ms Madelyn and she was super helpful and informative. The showroom was very clean and another employee Hunter gave me all the samples I could ever need! Ll feels almost like a mom & pop store and I can proudly say I’ll be coming back very soon.
