I had roof damage that I knew of and didn't know. They made a repair but noted that the repair would fix that specific problem but I had other roofing issues that needed to be fixed as well. They helped me put in an insurance claim and was supportive enough to help me with my deductible by absorbing that cost by using the money I paid them for my r recent repair. Finally they proved they cared about me as a customer and completed repairs of all my roofs with superior quality shingles, moderning my roof venting system and keeping there word by completing the job for what the insurance company paid me for my claim.It's hard to find businesses willing to keep... read full review
After our last heavy rain storm l noticed a leak in my roof. I set an appointment.Logan and Jamal explained to me about repairing my roof or replacing it. The time factor and cost difference. My roof is 20 years old and I wanted it replaced. It took them 2 days (during our heat wave). Their team was very professional and cleaned up around my house ( a lot more detailed than I clean around the home) it looked great both the yard and the roof. After they were finished I was instructed that because of the package I bought that I never have to go on top of my roof again, just call them. At 66 years old this was music to my ears.
