If there is negative point, I would use it.First of all the hair cut is terrible.More importantly, the lady lacks basic compassion and empathy. I was 38 pregnant when I went to this place. When she washed my hair, she kept asked me to arch my back. I told her I could not, but she completely ignored me and complained that she could not washed the hair.Also when I asked to use the bathroom, she looked very annoyed. Throughout the hair cut, her attitude was rude.Finally, when it was time to pay, I wanted to use credit card. She was upset that I did not have cash and had to use credit card.I would never expect to have such a stressful and terrible experience with a hair dresser.

I wish there is negative point option. The owner and the lady who does the hair cut is the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever met.1, when it was my turn to have the hair cut. she pointed to the washing station. I walked over and saw water on the chair. So I asked if she could wipe it. She instantly become irritated and used very rude tone said "she got it". While she was wiping it, she shouted to me "sit down" three times. I said I know, I am waiting for you to finish it.2, I made three appointments for me, my husband and my son on Friday's morning, around 10 am. After I sat down she said, she could not do my husband and my son's hair. She said she is very busy...read full review
