Dr. Charity is a kind, patient, educated doctor who will take time whenever he can to answer questions and explain. However his nurses and other office staff completely let him down and ruin the experience of having him as an OB.They do not listen, they do not care. They do not follow up and the online patient portal is a joke. There is very little communication of what to expect at the next appointment or what results were gathered at the last one.The last straw for me was being misheard by his staff when I asked for a routine Tdap vaccination at 27wks. Dr Charity was so kind and accommodating, however the front office staff was rude and unprofessional. There was a lady sitting behind the front desk (not on the phone and not talking to anyone) and she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Since it was my first visit, I expected new patient paperwork right when signing in. Instead, I had to sit back down because she literally did not acknowledge my presence. She didn’t explain anything and seemed frustrated if I asked a question. We are considering going elsewhere simply because of our initial front desk experience.

I didn't have a good experience with this doctors office. Dr. Charity spends no time with his patients nor does he keep them informed about what is going on. I came to appointments, I would pee in a cup, he would listen to my baby's heartbeat and that would be it. I had concerns that he just blew off with no explanations. The final straw was when I was 39 weeks I came to my scheduled appointment and to my surprise literally no one was in the office except one of his assistants and myself. She hooked me up to a machine to listen to my baby as if something was wrong (which it wasn't) she sent results to Dr. Charity and he advised me to go to the hospital... read full review
