“I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. “I can’t do justice to the service and treatment we received from Matt and Paul Davis Augusta with words alone. They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on. “I’m very pleased with Rumsey Construction. They mitigated my water and mold issue. Nika was stopping by everyday for several days just checking on moisture readings. She always text me and let me know when she was on the way. She checked on me daily to see if I had any concerns. Nika brought in all the machines to dry the water, clean the air etc. She was on it!Caleb came in after the machines did their job. He removed the machines, covered the entire ugly wall of studs and insulation with plastic so I wouldn’t have to look at it until reconstruction could begin.I’ll post more when project is complete.
