“I wrecked my truck and it was towed there and in the insurance investigator to look at it and assess whether it was going to be totaled or not. While I was there I had a hard time getting into my truck because the side steps were not on there anymore and there was a slender black fellow that went and grabbed me a ladder to help me not to mention I'm pretty big guy so it was already hard enough for me to get into the truck. I couldn't get everything to take with me to put in the rental car I had to leave some stuff there but I didn't want to leave it for anybody that would buy the salvage vehicle so he gave the guy my microwave and my little vacuum and a few other things in the truck but he was a very nice gentleman very kind very respectful and definitely hard-working and it was because of him that I am leaving this positive review and even though I had an accident it was a horrible experience this company here seems like a pretty damn good company to do business with based on their employees.“
