“Johnny was available on very short notice - I called on a Friday and since we urgently needed a small section of our carpet treated he was able to come the next day (we adopted a new adult cat and our other cat was NOT a fan). He was professional, offered great advice on treating spots in the future, and was very kind. The house smelled instantly more fresh and the carpets LOOKED great. It’s only been a few hours since the problem area was treated, so our fingers are crossed that the pet smells also fully disappears so we can prevent future accidents.
