Hey i love coming here for my waxes and Danyell is the best. The only thing i don't like is the chocolate wax. It feels like its still burning after the wax been pulled off and especially after your wax is completely it still feels stingy.Plus its too thick. Other than that it's a pretty good location to come to for your wax.
My experience was 10/10 from start to finish. The interior design is nice. It is very white and bright. Annise (I may have misspelled her name, my apologies) greeted me rather quickly even though she was busy on the phone. I appreciate the acknowledgment. The ladies were professional and kind. They looked nice and seemed to want to be there. Which you know how important this is if you have ever encountered someone who didn’t want to be at their job. Jasmine (I may have misspelled her name, my apologies) was absolutely phenomenal. She created a comforting and pleasant experience for me. Bri was AMAZING! I had booked an appointment at 6 online with the Evans location and they called me telling me that the specialist I selected (Jessica) wasn’t available. I said I was willing to see someone else this time. She said no one else was available. I told her I saw available times online so why was she telling me different?? All she could say is that they didn’t have anything available. Mind you this is 2 hours before closing, it’s hard to believe that all specialist are booked up for 2 hours straight.
